You can order and purchase printed copies of the tool.

Each pack contains
  • Pages 1 to 12 of the Pain Profile
  • Three copies of each of pages 13 to 16
  • An 50-page pad of ongoing assessment sheets
  • A binder in display book format with additional pocket for pad.


The cost per pack will be £12.00 including packing and postage in the UK. Additional 50-page pads are available for £4.00 including packing and posting in the UK. If ordering from the UK please download, print and complete the UK order form, then post to the return address detailed within the form.

The Paediatric Pain Profile has been developed by researchers at the Royal College of Nursing Institute, Oxford and the Institute of Child Health, London. Studies to develop and test the tool were funded by Action Research (with full support from the National Lottery Charities Board) and The Health Foundation. The producers of the Paediatric Pain Profile give their permission for pages to be photocopied and used in the care of children with severe neurological and learning impairments
